We’ll sit down with you to learn more about your goals, how you want the space to work, and what matters most for your home. After walking through the existing space, we’ll provide a broad-range estimate and help you understand what may influence the higher or lower end of that range.

If the estimate feels like the right fit, we move into a design agreement. This is where the project begins to take shape through selections, construction drawings, and input from our trusted trade partners. By the end, you’ll have a clear, ready-to-build design package and a final proposal to move forward with confidence.
